I just added a half teaspoon of pumpkin spice and instead of using a jar of cinnamon or nutmeg I grated my own. It tasted fabulous!

I love fall, too and have the same problem you do, no falling leaves or changing colors, just cooler. Well, not too much cooler, but it is supposed to cool off this week some! Those muffins look amazing! Save me one!
