Our Trip to Boston

Matt found me a cheap ticket to Boston. We thought it was a good idea to go for my niece and nephew's birthday party. Matt stayed behind to work and Aleena and I took a trip to visit my sister-in-law and her family. Aleena's Grandmommy and Aunt Bekah also came in from Virginia. It was fun to be together again! Aleena did really well on the plane ride there and back. I was worried about this since I've always had Matt to help me with her. We did a lot in the short amount of time we had. We had a wonderful time and were thoroughly exhausted. I can't wait to go back and have Matt enjoy beautiful Boston with us.

BOSTON: A trip to the city. We had lunch at Quincy Market. I loved the lobster roll and clams casino. We also bought a delicious cannoli at Mike's pastry. Went walking all around and let the kids play in the frog pond and playground in Boston Common. It was a fun day!

The New England Holocaust Memorial: Absolutely beautiful and moving. Aly pointed out all the names engraved on the glass and it brought me to tears. So sad.
