I really wanted corned beef and cabbage, mashed potatoes and homemade bread. However, I wasn't in my own kitchen to cook it and when I finally did get home I didn't have enough time. Even if I had all day, I would've been the only one eating the corned beef, since Matt is really turned off by meat. I guess I could've invited people over. I made homemade vegetable pizzas instead. Next year! Matt and I did make an awesome corned beef and cabbage meal the first year we were married. That was amazing!
